Getting Started

How long does it take to go live with DENEMO?

Most carriers go live in 8 days. This includes data migration from your current system, team training, and integration setup with your ELD/telematics provider. We limit new implementations to 4 per month to ensure quality.

Will I lose data when migrating from my current TMS?

No. We guarantee zero data loss during migration. Our team conducts pre-launch audits to verify 100% accuracy of your load history, customer records, and driver information. We migrate everything so there are no gaps in your historical data.

What training is included?

Full training for your entire team is included at no extra cost. This covers dispatcher training, back-office billing workflows, and driver app onboarding. We also provide training for new hires throughout your subscription.

Do I need to stop operations during the switch?

No downtime required. We run your new DENEMO system in parallel during migration week. Once verified, you simply start dispatching new loads in DENEMO. Most carriers complete the switch over a weekend.

Is there a driver mobile app?

Yes. The DENEMO driver app guides drivers through POD capture, detention tracking, and pre-trip inspections with simple workflows. It's bilingual (English/Spanish), works offline, and achieves 92% adoption in week one because drivers spend 20 seconds per task instead of hunting through menus.

Can shippers track loads in real-time?

Are there long-term contracts?

What's included in the subscription?

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Saturday during business hours. For urgent issues affecting operations, we provide extended response options.

How do I get help if I have a problem?

You can reach support via phone, email, or in-app chat. Most issues are resolved same-day. For complex problems, your dedicated success manager coordinates resolution and keeps you updated.

Is my data secure?

Yes. DENEMO uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted data storage, secure API connections, and role-based access controls. We follow industry best practices for data protection.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your data belongs to you, period. If you ever leave DENEMO, we provide complete data export in standard formats at no charge.

Does DENEMO have an API?

Yes. DENEMO provides API access for custom integrations with your other business systems. Our team can assist with integration setup during implementation.

What accounting software does DENEMO integrate with?

DENEMO integrates with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. We sync invoices, payments, and customer data automatically so your books stay current without manual entry.
